I am thrilled to announce that my abstract has been selected for a poster presentation at the 32nd Annual PAGE - Population Approach Group Europe Conference in Italy this June! 🎉PAGE represents a vibrant community with a shared interest in Pharmaco*kinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) data analysis using the population approach. This conference provides an incredible platform for exchanging ideas and advancing our understanding of drug development and disease progression.During the conference, I will have the opportunity to present my dissertation work, conducted as part of my final year project at the University of Warwick. My project, titled "Modelling of Tumour Growth with Respect to the Use of Anti-Cancer Agents", focuses on characterising the kinetics describing cancer tumour growth upon administration of the anti-cancer drug Docetaxel, by developing novel mathematical models, in an effort to understand and predict tumour response to various treatments.I am excited to share my findings and engage with fellow researchers and professionals from diverse disciplines. I will be attending talks and presentations covering fields such as Oncology, Infections, and Paediatrics, as well as exploring research methodologies like AI/Machine Learning, Estimation Methods, and Covariate/Variability Models. This experience promises to be a significant milestone in my academic and professional journey, and I look forward to the insightful discussions and collaborations that will emerge!#PAGE2024 #Pharmaco*kinetics #Pharmacodynamics #OncologyResearch #CancerResearch #UniversityOfWarwick

As a Research Enthusiast, I'm thrilled to announce my first published paper "Refining mutanome-based individualised immunotherapy of melanoma using artificial intelligence" in The European Journal of Medical Research! In this study, we explored using advanced artificial intelligence techniques to analyse tumour mutational burden and predict personalized treatment approaches for malignant melanoma patients. Our findings offer promise for optimizing targeted immunotherapies with improved clinical outcomes.Collaborating with researchers from ICORMed Collaborative on this project has been an invaluable learning experience. I'm grateful for the opportunity to apply my medical knowledge and experience alongside my skills in Data Science and contribute to such meaningful work.A big thank you to my co-authors for their support throughout this process. Sharing our work in an open-access format could help pave the way for more individualized cancer care. I'm looking forward to building on this foundation and exploring new applications of artificial intelligence in biomedicine.Publishing in a peer-reviewed journal is a major milestone, and I'm excited to continue advancing precision medicine through multi-disciplinary research. For those interested in learning more, you can access the paper below.
